Et proposo fer Hummus de remolatxa. La remolatxa \u00e9s un aliment molt bo per al nostre organisme; font de fibra, alta en potassi, magnesi i ajuda a controlar la pressi\u00f3 arterial. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-9693-3\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-9693-3-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-9693-3-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"4\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t><h3 class=\"widget-title\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<ul>\r\n \t<li>400g cigrons cuits<\/li>\r\n \t<li>1 cullerada de tahini<\/li>\r\n \t<li>2 remolatxes fresques o ja cuites<\/li>\r\n \t<li>1 dents d'all o una cullereta d'all en pols<\/li>\r\n \t<li>3\/4 cullereta de com\u00ed en pols<\/li>\r\n \t<li>1\/2 cullereta de paprika dol\u00e7a<\/li>\r\n \t<li>una mica de sal<\/li>\r\n \t<li>2 cullerades d'oli d'oliva<\/li>\r\n \t<li>1 llimona (suc + ratlladura).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>3 gla\u00e7ons de gel<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nEnvia'ns una foto del teu hummus i gaudeix-ne!<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pgc-9693-3-1\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-9693-3-1-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"5\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t><h3 class=\"widget-title\">Elaboraci\u00f3<\/h3>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>Si utilitzar\u00e0s remolatxes fresques i la dent d'all (en cas contrari salta al pas 3):<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Treu-li la tija a la remolatxa i neteja-la.<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7loca-la al costat de l'all, en una safata apta per a forn a 180\u00baC durant 30 \u2013 40 minuts. Recorda que el temps de cocci\u00f3 dependr\u00e0 del teu forn i de la mida de la remolatxa. Deixa-la temperar i pela-la.<\/li>\n<li>En un bol col\u00b7loca la remolatxa tallada a trossos, la dent d'all rostit (si uses), la ratlladura i suc de llimona i els cigrons.
