Arribar al dest\u00ed, gaudir de les fant\u00e0stiques vistes que tenim a la zona del Baix Camp per\u00f2 no gaudir del cam\u00ed ja que no anem c\u00f2modes a la bicicleta.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la Biomec\u00e0nica del ciclista? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La bicicleta \u00e9s un alliberament de la feina i una necessitat per poder gaudir de les terres del Camp de Tarragona, per\u00f2 <strong>ho hem de fer sense patir, sense notar dolor o incomoditat<\/strong>. L\u2019estudi biomec\u00e0nic del ciclista estudia la resposta muscular i articular aplicada a la bicicleta, no nom\u00e9s centrant-se amb la relaci\u00f3 peu-pedal, sin\u00f3 <strong>que busca la millor connexi\u00f3 entre el ciclista i la seva bicicleta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">Per a qu\u00e8 serveix?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La biomec\u00e0nica \u00e9s una disciplina cient\u00edfica que estudia el comportament articular i muscular. Aquesta disciplina ens ajuda a entendre el moviment normal d\u2019una articulaci\u00f3 o segment corporal per poder valorar la posici\u00f3 articular. Si traslladem la biomec\u00e0nica al m\u00f3n dels pedals, podem analitzar que existeix un tipus d\u2019estudi espec\u00edfic <strong>per millorar el rendiment i disminuir el risc de lesions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per poder-ho fer ens hem de basar en dos conceptes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Disposici\u00f3 cinem\u00e0tica, \u00e9s a dir l\u2019an\u00e0lisi del moviment articular segons el tipus de disciplina que practiquem.<\/li><li>Patr\u00f3 motor, \u00e9s a dir, avaluaci\u00f3 i reentrenament del control muscular per optimitzar la t\u00e8cnica<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>L\u2019estudi biomec\u00e0nic \u00e9s un proc\u00e9s din\u00e0mic que s\u2019utilitza per una banda per ajustar la bicicleta al ciclista i per una altra banda per ajustar al ciclista a la t\u00e8cnica de pedaleig, \u00e9s a dir, fer conscient al ciclista de la posici\u00f3 \u00f2ptima sobre la bicicleta, del control biomec\u00e0nic del gest esportiu i de l\u2019optimitzaci\u00f3 de la t\u00e8cnica. Fent una interacci\u00f3 \u00f2ptima del binomi ciclista \u2013 bicicleta \u00e9s sin\u00f2nim d\u2019\u00e8xit assegurat. L\u2019objectiu principal del proc\u00e9s \u00e9s gaudir del pedaleig sense dol\u00e8ncies. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s possible gr\u00e0cies al <strong>sistema ERGOFIT<\/strong>, el qual es basa en l\u2019obtenci\u00f3 de les mesures antropom\u00e8triques i el control articular, acompanyat del <strong>sistema GEBIOMIZED<\/strong> que \u00e9s un sensor de pressions al sell\u00f3 que ens permetr\u00e0 obtenir resultats visibles de la cin\u00e8tica, \u00e9s a dir, de la for\u00e7a que exercim
